What inspires you...

I have had a pleasure coming across a great new tune and would love to share but not released yet. So how did I get to hear??? Well, I kind of know the artist...ooooooo aaaaaaaa! I absolutely LOVE music...quick little nothing you need to know, but I love songs that have a build up in them....they get me every time. I mean seriously it could be a song about green beans but if it had a build up in it I would LOVE it! This song doesn't have a build up but I love it none-the-less! It just blows my mind that people can sit down and write a song and then write music for it....such a TRUE gift. This new tune has definitely given me some extra added inspiration this past week. When I popped it in for the first time I was like WOW...it is amazing how God gifts us all differently. I mean I could plan a great party and craft but write a song, much less sing a song. So if you ever feel like man I am just not getting it...where am I going...what am I doing...what are my talents...don't be alarmed because God has gifted you in ways you have never imagined. This is the whole reason I started this blog...to give people a chance to learn new things and just let their talent SHINE! I truly believe and know that this song will one day be on the radio touching a life as it did mine. So get inspired by something and know that our God is for you and he wants to take your gifts and talents to the next level. I will be featuring this new TUNE at my upcoming seminar but in the mean time I will keep you posted once I know it is released.

What would we do without our moms...

My Mom is my best friend...sorry Nat & Hubby LOL...she is such an amazing support system to me and I truly know my life would be so hectic without her. I know my gifts and talents are God given but I am so blessed that he gave me a mother who really knew how to feed them and grow them. My mom was the one who was always crafting...seriously one year she threw me a birthday party and we puffy painted and made paper clip earrings. Best PARTY of the 80's! I am thankful everday for her and if I become half the Mom she was to me then I will be one darn good one! So honor your Mom this year...wait for it...wait for it...here comes my first *PUNKY Plug*! It's time to get PUNKY...

Okay so my title line is a little corny but what can I say! So this blog has been long over due...but thanks to my encouraging friends it was time. Being that this is my first Post I don't want to overwhelm anyone but I do believe that an introduction is needed. My life revolves around being creative...whether at work, church or even my home life. My brain never stops...that is definitely a "Trevillian" thing....we have a way of never being able to just turn it off. At home I am always thinking about how I can do things more efficient or just better and I often times come up with a very unique and creative way of accomplishing those things. I love taking on projects and pushing the envelope on what I can do. I have a knack for detail and a true LOVE for the little things and I hope this blog inspires you in all things creative.

So with that said.....what is Punky Parties????? Punky Parties specializes in Birthday Parties for all ages, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers...and the list can go on and on. I love when a client comes and says do everything from the planning, designing and coordinating but I also enjoy the client who comes and says I need centerpieces only or favors only. I try not to limit myself to what I can do for anyone. As this blog journey begins, I am most excited about sharing my ideas and creative thoughts with friends and any followers.

I am currently working on a beautiful baby shower for my best friend and will soon be posting my work in progress. I will also be posting an important date of my upcoming SEMINAR so keep following so you don't miss out!
